Before we start caring for your pets, we schedule a free, no-obligation meet & greet at your home. This allows us to meet your pets, learn their routines, get access instructions (keys, codes), and answer any questions you have. It usually takes about 15-30 minutes.
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for holidays or peak travel seasons. However, we do accommodate same-day bookings when our schedule allows (a small $5 fee applies).
We serve Wesley Chapel, Land O' Lakes, New Tampa, Zephyrhills, and Lutz. We typically cover areas within 15-20 minutes of Wesley Chapel. Not sure if we serve your area? Contact us to check!
Each visit includes:
Currently we specialize in drop-in visits (2x/day or more) rather than overnight stays. Most pets do great with morning and evening visits! This model keeps pets comfortable in their routine while allowing us to serve more families in our community.
Yes! We can administer oral medications, topical treatments, and eye/ear drops. For insulin injections or other specialized medical care, please contact us to discuss. A small medication administration fee ($3/visit) applies.
Yes! We offer fish and aquarium care as a standalone service or add-on. We can also care for small mammals, birds, and reptiles on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your specific pets!

We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and cash. Payment is typically due at the end of the service period (after your last visit).
Yes, a $5/visit holiday fee applies on major holidays: New Year's Eve/Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve/Day. This helps us compensate for working during family time.
You'll receive a photo update after every single visit! We'll send you pictures of your happy pets along with a quick note about how the visit went. You'll never have to wonder how they're doing.
During the meet & greet, we'll discuss the best access method for your home. Options include a spare key, garage code, lockbox, or smart lock code. We treat your home with the utmost respect and security.
During the meet & greet, we collect your emergency contact information and vet details. If your pet shows signs of illness or injury, we'll contact you immediately. If we can't reach you, we're authorized to seek emergency veterinary care. Your pet's safety is our top priority.
We understand plans change! We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee. For holiday bookings, we require 7 days notice. See our full policies page for details.
